A lot of gyms preach community without ever showing a team. A lot of gyms preach effectiveness, while hiding every imperfection with retouching.
We wanted to own a look that celebrated all we have to show for a good workout. By combining real sweat, with intentional style, and real members of the community - we created the F45 visual formula. 
For our hero film and brand images, the team ran through a true F45 workout, then posed for the camera. We captured every glorious sweat stain, exhausted laugh, and messy hairstyle.
